HOW TO USE

Apply directly to the eye and blend out color with fingertips.

Layer on cream or powder eyeshadow to intensify color.

On light to medium skin tones, apply ADULTS ONLY or DON’T TOUCH all over the eyelid. Blend out the edge with fingertips up toward the crease to ensure a smooth transition.

On medium-deep to deep skin tones, apply OBLIVION or STRIP DOWN all over the eyelid. Blend out the edge with fingertips up toward the crease to ensure a smooth transition.
